摘要
针对某7.5kW风管机,采用GREATLAB建立了系统仿真模型,采用CoilLab建立了翅片管冷凝器和蒸发器模型,仿真结果与实验结果良好吻合。通过系统仿真分析,对系统的一些关键设计参数进行了优化,使得系统性能获得了进一步的提升。研究表明,通过系统仿真技术,可以有效地提高产品开发效率、减少样机及实验量。
To simulate a 7.5kW air duct unit, GREATLAB was used for system modeling and CoilLab was used for fin-and-tube condenser and evaporator coil modeling. The system model was validated by using the experimental data. The validated model was then used for some key parameters analysis and optimization, which made the system performance further improved. The study shows that the system modeling technique can help improve the product design efficiency, and reduce the prototypes and lab tests.
