摘要
风扇叶片是决定风扇性能的主要部件,本文采用我司的风扇风叶开发系统进行翼型参数分析,得出风扇叶片设计关键控制的几何参数,再用空气动力学原理和最佳气动布局思想和方法对风叶的几何设计参数进行综合分析与优化改进设计。确定优化方案后,制作样机,进行性能检测验证和改进提高,确保风扇性能达到最佳。
The fan blade is the main component to decide the performance of fan. This paper first analyzes the airfoil parameters of fan blade system developed by our company, then we get the key control geometric parameters for fan blade design. By using the principle of aerodynamics and the best aerodynamic layout ideas, we adjust the parameters to get the optimal solution. After the optimal scheme determined, we make the prototype and do the test to ensure the performance improvement.
