摘要
通过研发空调用翅片换热器自动穿管装置,突破长U管自动取料技术、长U管自动抓取送料技术、长U关键尺寸修整技术、长U强制牵引技术、分组分步导入技术、翅片自动整理及翅片自动上下料技术,进而取代人工穿管,降低劳动强度、提高生产效率、提升产品质量,解决空调用两器实现不落地一个流生产模式中穿管自动化技术。
Through research and development of automatic tube poling of air conditioning used fin- and tube heat exchanger, we broke through the long U tube automatic extract technology, long U tube automatic gripping feed technology, the U critical dimensions dressing technology, long U forced traction technology, grouping and stepping introduction technology, fin automatic sorting and fin automatic loading and unloading technology. They replace manual tube poling, reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency and quality of our products, and solve the automatic tube poling technology in one stream production model.
