本文通过一项对生产线改造及物流改善项目开展,同时结合原现场物流存在问题各环节进行深入调研和分析,说明了现场生产布局对物流的影响,及日常生产过程中常用的物流改善技术和方法。通过简单改善可以达到较好的现场生产效果,在加强生产安全的同时,达到通畅的物流及清晰的现场管理。

This paper introduces a project of production lines transformation and logistics improvement; and researches and analyzes it combined with the original site logistics problems. On-site production layout shows the impact on the logistics, and the daily production process improvement techniques commonly used in logistics and methods. Improvements can be achieved by better production results. It can reinforce production safety, meanwhile achieve unimpeded logistics and clear on-site management
