河流型与沼泽型水牛杂交后代产犊间隔的分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨杂交奶水牛的配妊情期及产犊间隔,了解杂种水牛的一般繁殖特性。[方法]分析了云南省大理州家畜繁育指导站奶水牛场2000年2月至2013年1月记录的摩×本,尼×本及摩×尼×本三元杂种水牛共计160头次母牛的初配配妊次数,二胎及以后配妊次数,产犊间隔等。[结果]显示:二胎及以后的配妊配妊次数高于初配配妊次数,平均为2.12次;产犊间隔摩×本F1为456.18±11.12d,摩×本F2为421.88±15.13d,摩×尼×本三元杂为434.86±17.74d。[结论]杂种奶水牛的产犊间隔和配妊所需的发情期均高于普通牛。 [Objective]This was to explore the general reproductive characteristic such as estrus time made animal gestation and calving interval for crossbred buffalo. [Method]It analyzed the mating or IA times of first-calf heifer and cows of the second gestation later and calving interval for buffalo of Murrah × Local, Nili-Ravi× Local, Murrah× Nili-Ravi × Local. And the data was 160-head records on the farm man aged by Livestock Reproduction and Breeding Advisory of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Prov ince from February, 2000 to January, 2013. [Result]The results showed that mating or IA average times of cows of the second and after the second gestation was 2.12 times, and the number was higher than that of first-calf heifer. Calving interval of Murrah × Local F1 was 456.18 ± 11.12 d, Murrah × Local F2 was 421.88±15.13 d,Murrah× Nili-Ravi× Local was 434.86±17.74 d. [Conclusion]Mating or IA times and calving interval of crossbred dairy buffalo were higher than dairy cow
