高速涡轮钻井技术在哈国滨里海盆地的应用 被引量:6

摘要 哈萨克斯坦滨里海盆地石炭系地层以灰岩、白云岩、泥质板岩和粉砂岩为主,岩性致密,硬度高,研磨性强,可钻性差。近年来一直使用常规钻井工具作业,机械钻速低,钻井周期长。为有效提高机械钻速,引进了高速涡轮配合孕镶金刚石钻头高效钻井技术,在滨里海盆地希望油田和扎拉诺尔油田进行了试验并取得成功。该技术也应用到了叶森、卡里曼等油田,取得了良好效果。通过滨里海盆地地层地质特征分析和实际应用,认为高速涡轮钻井技术可以推广应用到滨里海盆地石炭系油气藏钻井中。 Dominantly consisting of limestone,dolomite,argillite and siltstone,the Carboniferous in Kazakhstan Pre-Caspian Basin is characterized by tight lithology,high hardness and strong abrasiveness,resulting in a poor drillability.However,with lower penetration rate and longer cycle,some conventional drilling tools have been still used in recent years.Therefore,to increase the penetration rate,a high-performance drilling of high-speed turbine with impregnated diamond bit is introduced.It was successfully applied to four oilfields(including Zhanazhol and Umit in pre-Caspain Basin etc.).After an analysis on geological characteristics and its application,it is shown that this drilling can be generalized to Carboniferous reservoirs in the basin.
