摘要 近年来,为了滚动开发南堡区块2号构造潜山油藏,冀东油田在南堡区块先后部署了多口重点开发水平井。该地区地质条件复杂,主要表现为油、气、水层活跃,上部地层疏松、薄弱,小井眼、地温梯度高,这些因素都给固井施工带来了很大的困难与风险,使固井质量难以保证。针对固井难点,探讨了优化的固井工艺和水泥浆方案,认为井眼准备和套管的居中度是提高水平井固井质量的关键技术措施。 To develop progressively the No.2 structural buriedhill reservoir and make sure its development,some horizontal wells in Nanbao block have been deployed in Jidong oilfield in recent years.The block holds complex geological conditions,including active oil,gas and water layers,loose and weak upper layer,slim hole,and high geothermal gradient.So,there are great difficulties and risks during cementing,further resulting in a cementing quality hard to be guaranteed.In this paper,some optimized cementing and slurry formula are presented and discussed.Their successful experience can guide some other similar cementing operations.
