油气田企业固定资产生命周期管理探讨

Study on Fixed Assets Lifecycle Management of Oil & Gas Enterprises

针对油气田企业固定资产技术经济特点,以生命周期理论为指导,构建了由管理体制、管理机制、管理方法和管理手段构成的固定资产生命周期管理框架和二维管理体系,建立了油气田固定资产生命周期决策模型和效益评价指标体系、评估改进体系,以实现对油气田固定资产全系统、全过程、全成本的生命周期管理。

Based on technical and economic characteristics of fixed assets in oil & gas enterprises,instructed by lifecycle theory,the paper constructs a fixed asset lifecycle management framework and a two-dimensional management system which are consist of management system,management mechanism,management methods and management tools,establishes the fixed asset lifecycle decision-making model,efficiency evaluation index system and assessment improvement system of oil & gas field,in order to achieve lifecycle management of the whole system,process and cost of fixed assets in oil & gas field.
