油气资产是油气田企业固定资产的重要组成部分,在生产经营中发挥着重要的作用,为此,提高固定资产的使用效率对油气企业而言显得尤为重要。根据资产管理的特点提出了增效管理框架图,并有针对性地提出了固定资产管理增效策略,认为固定资产管理增效策略的核心是优化资产管理流程,加强固定资产生命周期的管理。

Oil & gas assets is an important part of fixed assets in Oil & gas companies,which plays an important role in production operating,therefore,it is particularly important to improve usage efficiency of fixed assets for oil & gas enterprises.According to characteristics of asset management,the paper proposes the efficiency-added management framework diagram,puts forward fixed as set economic profitability strategies,and deems that the core of fixed asset efficiency-added management strategies is to optimize asset management processes and strengthen lifecycle management of fixed asset.
