摘要
目前物资采购供应部门有重采购、轻储备的倾向。基于青海油田物资供应采购体制和模式探讨了油气企业加强物资储备的多种途径,从实施物资储备对标管理,加强物资计划前期管理、供应商管理以及制度建立等方面提出了进一步提升物资储备管理水平的建议。
Currently,material procurement and supply departments tend to pay more attention to procurement and less attention to storage.Based on Qinghai oilfield supplies and procurement system and mode,the paper studies a variety of ways to strengthen material storage management of oil & gas enterprises,proposes many measures to further enhance the level of material storage management,such as implementation of benchmarking management for material storage,strengthening early management of materials planning,supplier management,system establishment and others.
