单分散羧基Fe_3O_4磁性纳米粒子制备及表征

摘要 在制备油酸稳定的磁性纳米粒子基础上,利用高碘酸钠将其表面油酸充分氧化制备单分散羧基化Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子。利用傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X-射线粉末衍射仪(X-RD)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)对Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子进行了分析表征。结果表明:磁性纳米粒子在常温下有良好的超顺磁性,表面含有羧基,直径为12 nm,粒径均一,在水中分散良好。该实验为制备单分散表面羧基化Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子提供了新的方法,也为实现生物偶联应用奠定了基础。 The carhoxyl monodispersed Fe3O4 nanoparticles were prepared by first synthesis of the oleic acid stabilized monodisperse Fe3O4 nanoparticles, and then the oleic acid on the surface of the magnetic nanoparticles was oxidized by sodium periodate. The nanoparticles were charaetenized by FT-IR, X-RD, VSM, and confirmed to be functionalized by carboxyl group, and the diameter were 12 nm with momodispersion, good dispersion in water phase and good superparamagnetism at room temperature. This paper provided a new method concerning synthesis of monodisperse Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles with carboxyl groups.
