陕北资源开发区沙地林业产业发展及建设模式探讨

探讨陕北资源开发区沙地林业产业发展及建设模式,为中国西部沙区同类型区域的沙地林业生态恢复与发展提供依据。通过文献查阅及实地考察,对陕北资源开发区20世纪70年代以来林业资源动态变化进行分析评价。对陕北资源开发区沙地林业产业建设进行了总体构想,并提出了"林-产"、"林-畜"、"林-药"及"林-油"一体化沙地产业发展模式。通过发展沙地林业产业,加强生态环境建设,以解决荒漠化治理中存在的系列问题,从而引导和带动群众自觉保护与经营林业的积极性,为生态环境建设融入市场经济做出有益的尝试。

Discussion on resources development zone of northern Shaanxi for desert＇s forestry industry development and construction mode, to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the construction of ecological restoration in western China. Through the literature review and field survey, the forestry resources are analysed since 70＇s in resource development area of Northern Shaanxi. Results put forward the overall concept and sandy industry development model ＂forest-estate＂, ＂ forest-animal＂, ＂ forest-medicine＂ and ＂ forest-oil＂. Through the development of sandy forestry industry, strengthening the construction of the ecological environment, to solve a series of problems exist in desertification control, so as to guide and lead the masses, conscious management and protection of forestry actively, try for the construction of the ecological environment into the market economy, has very vital significance.
