摘要
根据生物技术及新医药产业发展的趋势及现状，着眼于将其发展成为面向２１世纪的重要支柱产业，就发展战略、目标、策略等相关问题，对武汉加速发展生物技术及新医药产业，提出了值得注意的若干重要建议。
Based on the current situation and trend of biotechnotogy and novel medicine industry, this paper gives some proposals on the strategy,target and some contermeasures on how to develop biovechnology and novel pharmaceutics industry in the 21th century in Wuhan.
