在我国，政治强人通常会备受关注。这是因为其做事风格的强硬作派、特立独行个性和一定的个人魅力。目前，我国尚处于民主法制尚未健全完善阶段，政治强人有其存在的土壤及合理性。政治强人的公共行为因融入了更多个性化的因素，往往更容易突破或侵犯到合法性的限度。因此，有必要对政治强人的公共行政行为进行规范和约束，使其囿于合法性限度。
