摘要
城市文化是一个城市的精髓与灵魂之所在,是经过长时间的积累沉淀、归纳提炼而成。伴随着互联网走进千家万户,网络传播变得无孔不入,城市文化形象也渗透到网络传播之中,从最初的政府官方网站到网民问政,再到如今的微博发布,城市文化的传播方式由口耳相传变成如今交互式、难以控制的网络传播。那么在网络的洪流中,如何更好的驾驭、引导舆论,如何将城市文化形象潜移默化的渗透到网络言论的方方面面,如何利用网络来塑造城市文化形象、提升城市文化软实力则显得尤为重要。
Urban culture is the heart and soul of a city after a long time of accumulation and sedimentation. As the Internet is gradually entering thousands of households, internet communication has become pervasive and the urban cultural image has also spill over into the network communication. From the government's official website to Internet users in politics, it has become post via micro - blogs now. Instead of word of mouth, the propagation mode of city culture today is network communication which is interactive and difficult to control. So, how to better control and guide the public opinion, how to the urban cultural image gradually penetrated into all aspects of the Internet speech, how to use network to shape the image of urban culture and advance the urban culture soft power becomes very important.
