自由下落粒子流卷吸空气量数学模型探讨

摘要 在工业物料粒子自由下落过程中,周围环境空气会被卷吸到运动的粒子流当中,当粒子流撞击接收面或料堆时又会瞬间释放出卷吸的空气,造成物料粒子的外溢和环境污染等问题,所以,研究自由下落粒子流的卷吸空气量对特定工业环境污染的控制非常重要。综述了国内外有关自由下落粒子流卷吸空气的研究状况,分析了现有卷吸空气量数学模型的适用性,并对卷吸空气量与圆锥形出料口孔径的关系进行了探讨,结合已有模型推导了其数学关系式。 In the free falling process of industrial materials, the surrounding air is induced into the particle stream, and then it will be released at the moment when the particle stream hits the receiving surface or the stock pile, which causes many problems, such as the spillover of material and environmental pollution. So researching on air entrainment of free falling particle stream in the air is very important to control the environment pollution of the specific industry occasion. In this paper, the domestic and foreign studies of air entrainment of free falling particle stream were reviewed, the applicability of the existing air entrainment volume math models was analyzed, and the relationship between the air entrainment volume and the aperture of conic discharging mouth was investigated. A mathematical relationship was deduced by combining with the existing model.
