三氧化二砷抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

三氧化二砷是中药砒霜的主要有效成分,近年来发现三氧化二砷对急性早幼粒细胞性白血病具有显著的疗效。进一步研究发现,三氧化二砷可通过抑制肿瘤新生血管的生成及细胞增殖,诱导肿瘤细胞分化、凋亡,下调端粒酶活性等机制抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,对于多种实体瘤具有一定的治疗效果,其与某些抗肿瘤药物联合应用具有协同作用,同时三氧化二砷联合介入治疗在临床应用中也取得一定的疗效。

Arsenic trioxide is the main effective components of arsenic. Recent years founded that arsenic trioxide has a significant efficacy on the acute promyelocytic leukemia. Furthermore arsenic trioxide can inhibit the generation of tumor angiogenesis and cell proliferation, induction of tumor cell differentiation and apoptosis, downward adjustment the telomerase activity and other mechanisms to inhibit tumor cell growth. Arsenic trioxide has an exact therapeutic effect with a certain variety of solid tumors. In combination with certain anticancer drugs, arsenic trioxide has a synergistic effect. Arsenic trioxide combined interventional treatment also achieved a certain effect in clinical applications, too.
