近年来,国家对高校投入的经费不断增加,高校科研经费呈现来源多样,数额逐年增长的特点,但在科研经费的使用过程中出现了一些问题,影响科研经费的使用效益。本文分析高校科研经费管理中存在的若干问题,并提出解决办法,为加强高校科研经费管理提供了合理建议。
