GKD_2型内燃机车电空接触器主触头烧损因素分析

摘要 针对GKD2型内燃机车电空接触器存在的烧损故障问题,结合电空接触器结构特点和电路原理从理论上进行了分析,提出了相应的改进措施和建议,保证了电空接触器无电状态下闭合和分断。对电空接触器触头的技术状态进行测试,开距、超程、压力和研距控制在规定的范围内,为确保机车正常运用发挥了重要作用。 Basing on the burning problem of GKD~ diesel locomotive electro -pneumatic eontactor^s, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures and recommendations, theoretically analyzing the structural characteristics of electric air contac- tors and the principle of the circuit, which ensures the breaking and closing of the electro - pneumatic contactor without electricity. To test the technology state of electro - pneumatic contactor, and the control of opening distance, overrun, pressure and lapping distance being within the specified range, it plays an important role in ensuring the normal operation of the railway.
