摘要
对于一个像海博多功能背包有限责任公司这样的生产型企业来说,生产管理的完善直接影响到公司的发展。否则会导致生产状态混乱,很难如期完成生产任务,导致市场竞争力下降,给公司带来严重的经济损失。本文从生产管理的内涵入手,从生产管理的指导原则出发,根据海博多功能背包有限责任公司刚刚成立的现状,提出了一些应对当今市场环境变化的管理方法。
For a manufacturing-type company like Haibo Multifunction Bag Co., Ltd., good production management has direct influence on the development of the company, or it will lead to production disorder and difficult to complete production tasks on schedule. As a result, the company will become less competitive and face serious economic loss. Starting from the connotation and guiding principle of production management and based on the fact that Haibo Muhifunction Bag Co., Ltd. is newly established, some management methods dealing with market environment changes are put forward.
