摘要
提出一种自动连续增压注水系统,可用于低渗透油田的高压增注技术中,该系统中增压活塞的运动及换向完全实现液动工作,不需要提供动力及电气设施,运动平稳可靠,无需外接动力。分析了自动连续增压注水系统的工作原理、增压比、系统输入流量和输出流量。通过计算结果表明,该系统可以将注水管线的来水进行二次分配,能同时满足高压井、中压井、低压井的注水需求,有效地解决了低渗透油田注水难以匹配的问题,更适用于野外电力供应不便的偏远井增压注水。
An automatic continuous pressure boosting water injection system is proposed in this paper, which can be used in the high pressure augmented injection technology of low permeability oilfield. The movement and reversing of the supercharging piston in this system has fully realized hydraulic work without requirement of power and electrical facilities. The motion is stable and reliable, without external power. The working principle, supercharge ratio, system input flow and output flow are analyzed. The calculating results show that the system can achieve second allocation of the water from injection line and can meet the water injection need of high-pressure well, medium-pressure well and low-pressure well. The matching difficulty problem of the low permeability oilfield water injection has been effectively solved and it is more suitable for the pressure boosting water .injection of remote well where the power supply is inconvenient.
