摘要 针对平煤集团四矿三水平东回风下山传统钻爆法在施工中存在的机械作业效率低、循环进尺小且爆破作业的安全性难题,基于聚能定向爆破效应,可在岩层获得较大范围爆生裂隙网,增大炮孔间距,创造性地设计出多缝线射流聚能药卷,大大减少钻孔工作量,提高岩石破碎度;同时采用双楔形掏槽爆破,高效掏槽技术可在硬岩巷道爆破掘进中进行试验,所需掏槽眼数目较少,单位耗药量小,具有极大的优势,对解决四矿大断面硬岩巷道的安全快速掘进难题有重要意义。 Aiming at the problem in the traditional borehole-blasting, such as low mechanical operation efficiency, small and low cyclic footage, and potential safety hazard in blasting, we adopt directional blasting in east level return airway of No.4 Coal Mine under Pingmei Group. It can obtain a larger range of fracture network in rock blasting, increase the hole spacing, and we try to use multi thread shaped charge jet drilling, and greatly reduce the workload, improve the rock fragmentation; at the same time by using the double wedge cutting blasting, high efficiency underholing technique can be tested on the hard rock tunnel blasting excavation, the required cut hole number is small, unit explosive consumption is small, and it has a great advantage, has important significance to solve rapid excavation problem of large section rock roadway.
