在学习型社会建设过程中,政府要根据财力的扩充情况,通过购买教育服务,向社会公众提供优质、高效、可选择的教育服务,以实现向服务型政府的转变和满足社会公众日益增长的教育需求。
Based on the financial situation, the government should provide quality, efficient, alternative education service in the process of learning society construction, to meet the public diversified, multi-level education needs through the purchase education service.
