添加前体物质对阿维菌素发酵效价提高的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 发酵效价的高低是衡量发酵生产水平的标准,通过添加适宜的前体物质可提高阿维菌素的发酵效价。本试验选择与阿维菌素结构有部分相同的小分子物质丙醇、丙酸钠、乙酸钠作为前体物质,参与到阿维菌素的生物合成反应中,待发酵周期结束后测定发酵液的发酵效价。试验研究结果表明,将前体物质直接滴加到发酵液中比将前体物质添加到培养基中,能显著提高阿维菌素发酵效价。 The fermentation titer level is a measure of fermentation production standards, by adding precursor substances suitable can improve the fermentation titer of avermectin. The test selection with abamectin structure are part of the same small molecule alcohol, sodium propionate, sodium acetate as precursors, involved in the biosynthesis of Avermectin Fermentation reaction, determination of titer of fermentation liquid after the end of the fermentation period. Experimental results show that, the precursor material directly dripped into the fermentation liquor ratio will add the precursors to the cuhure medium, can significantly improve the Avermectin Fermentation titer.
