HMGB1与动脉粥样硬化炎症机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 动脉粥样硬化最初主要影响内皮细胞,但一旦激活,动脉粥样硬化便可不依赖于原始损伤因素而在损伤部位持续发展。研究证明,高迁移率族蛋白1(high mobility group box-1 protein,HMGB1)参与多种心血管疾病的发病和进展,如系统性血管炎、动脉粥样硬化、急性冠脉综合症和脑血管意外等;而HMGB1诱发的无菌性炎症在动脉粥样硬化的整个发生和进展过程中处于十分重要的地位。
