摘要
民警工作绩效水平制约着派出所核心价值的体现。因而,建立一个科学、有效的民警岗位工作绩效考核指标具有很强的实践意义。以派出所社区民警为研究对象,在获取了新疆16个地州县级公安局和派出所领导的问卷调查数据的基础上,利用对五个层面的变量进行实证分析,从而构建了新疆基层公安派出所社区民警岗位工作绩效考核指标体系。
The level of police work performance is related to the core values of police station.Thus,to establishment a scientific and effective police work performance evaluation is of strong practical significance.Taking community police officers of police station as research target,the research conducted a survey of 16 Xinjiang prefecture and county level public security bureaus and police stations,made use of factors exploration to make empirical analysis on the five-level variables and then build Xinjiang police stations work performance evaluation system for community police posts.
