摘要
心理韧性作为衡量个体成功应对所面临的危机事件的核心概念,自20世纪七十年代以来进行了广泛的研究和探讨。警察作为同样面临危机事件的特殊群体,对其心理韧性的研究更显现实意义。因此,在总结前人有关心理韧性的基础上,突出在新的历史条件下研究警察心理韧性的重要意义,一方面深入研究心理韧性的内涵、扩展理论基础;另一方面为心理韧性的应用推广、为警察心理健康的干预应用提供理论支撑。
Mental resilience is a core mater to measure whether an individual can handle crisis successfully.Ever since 1970s,this concept has been discussed widely while various researches have been conducted.Police is a special group facing crises and emergencies.Thus,the research on this group＇s resilience is of importance.On the foundation of previous achievements,this research is undertaken on the new conditions.On the one hand,the content of resilience shall be researched in-depth,while its theoretical bases shall be extended.On the other hand,this research can provide theoretical support for popularizing resilience and applying mental health intervention for the police.
