充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝疗效分析

Clinical analysis on Mesh Plug Tension-free hemioplasty treatment for senile inguinal hernia

目的探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法选择乌鲁木齐市第一人民医院2010年1月—2012年5月收治的老年腹股沟疝患者(60岁以上)98例,根据遵循患者知情同意和随机筛选的原则分为充填式无张力疝修补术组(A组)及传统疝修补术组(B组),各49例。观察两组患者手术时间、术后疼痛、牵扯感、下地时间、住院时间、并发症、复发情况。结果充填式无张力疝修补术组手术时间、住院时间、术后下地时间均小于传统手术组,术后疼痛轻,牵扯感小,并发症和复发均少于传统修补术组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术具有操作简单、手术时间短、创伤小、术后恢复快、复发率低、并发症少等优点,是治疗老年腹股沟疝的理想术式。

Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of Mesh Plug tension-free hemioplasty treatment for senile inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 98 patients with senile inguinal hernia above 60 years old in our hospital from Janauary 2010 to May 2012 were collected and analyzed. 49 patients were of- fered traditional hernioplasty and 49 patients underwent mesh plug tension-free hernioplasty. Results Op- erative time, hospitalization time complications and recurrence of mesh plug tension-free hemioplasty group were less than conventional repair group. Conclusion Mesh Plug Tension-free hernioplasty has the advan rages of simple operation, shorter operation time, less trauma, faster postoperative recovery, lower recur- rence rate, less complications and other advantages, is the ideal operation method in the treatment of senile inguinal hernia.
