戊巴比妥钠腹腔注射联合利多卡因局部浸润麻醉在心肌梗死大鼠模型制作中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察戊巴比妥钠腹腔注射联合利多卡因局部浸润麻醉在心肌梗死大鼠模型制作中的效果。方法24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为两组,采用左冠状动脉结扎术制作心肌梗死模型。对照组单纯给予1%戊巴比妥钠30mg/kg腹腔注射麻醉;观察组给予1%戊巴比妥钠30mg/kg腹腔注射联合1%利多卡因1mL局部浸润的麻醉方式。分别观察麻醉起效时间和维持时间、戊巴比妥钠追加次数、手术时间、室性心律失常发生率及死亡率。结果与对照组相比较,观察组麻醉维持时间明显延长(115.33±10.88 VS 128.58±3.82 min),手术时间明显缩短(51.75±5.22 VS 44.42±3.45min),并可明显减少手术过程中室性心律失常发生率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间麻醉起效时间(4.67±0.72VS 4.58±0.79min)、戊巴比妥钠追加次数和动物死亡率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论戊巴比妥钠腹腔注射联合利多卡因局部浸润可显著改善麻醉效果,减少心肌梗死动物模型制作过程中的室性心律失常发生率,有利于完成心肌梗死大鼠模型的制作。 Objective To observe the efficacy of intraperitoneal injection of sodium pentobarbital combined with lidocaine local infiltration in the molding process of myocardial infarction rats. Methods Twenty-four male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups which were made by ligation of left coronary artery to make myocardial infarction model. Control group purely was given 1% pentobarbital sodium intraperitoneal injections (30 mg/kg), and observation group was given 1% pentobarbital sodium intraperitoneal injection (30 mg/kg) combined with 1 mL 1% lidocaine local infiltration. And then the anesthesia effect and maintain time was observed, additional number of pentobarbital sodium, operation time, the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias and mortality rate respectively. Results Compared with control group, anesthesia time of the observation group was obviously prolonged (115.33±10. 88 VS 128.58±3.82 min), the operation time significantly shortened (51.75±5.22 VS 44.42 ±3.45 min), incidence of ventricular fibrillation significantly reduced (P〈0.05). Anesthesia work time, the additional number of pentobarbital sodium, and animal mortality between the two groups (4. 67±0.72 VS 4. 58±0.79 min) had no statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion 1% pentobarbital sodium intraperitoneal injection (30 mg/kg) combined with 1 ml 1% lidocaine local infiltration can significantly improve the anesthetic effect, reduce incidence of ventricular fibrillation in the process of producing myocardial infarction animal models, which is conducive to finish making rat model of myocardial infarction.
