两种根管预备方法对上颌第一前磨牙Ⅱ型根管根尖封闭性的影响 被引量：2

摘要 上颌第一前磨牙根管系统非常复杂,变异很大,增加了临床进行根管治疗的难度。其根管形态学研究国内外学者均有报道,目前众多对于上颌第一前磨牙根管形态的实验研究都是基于Vertucci分类法,该法共分八型：Ⅰ型（1-1-1型）,Ⅱ型（2-1-1型）,Ⅲ型（1-2-1型）,Ⅳ型（2-2-2型）,Ⅴ型（1-2-2型）,Ⅵ型（2-1-2型）,Ⅶ型（1-2-1-2型）,Ⅷ型（3-3-3型）。
