大力发展农村经济的思考——以黑河市四嘉子乡为例

Thoughts on Developing the Rural Economy Vigorously:a Case Study of Sijiazi Township in Heihe

通过对黑河市四嘉子乡进行分析发现,该乡在农村经济的发展过程中遇到的困难,主要是经济结构不合理,种植生产作物是家庭的主要来源;生产力水平低,农民增收难度大;农村剩余劳动力严重过剩,就业问题突出等。当地政府应加大政府扶持力度,保证农业生产的有序发展;促进农村特色产业的发展,带动村域经济;搭建就业平台,转移农村富足劳动力,从而不断增加农民收入,促进农村经济、社会的全面发展。

By analyzing Sijiazi Township in Heihe, the author finds the difficulties of rural economic development in irrational economic structure and single family financial income over-dependent on crops; low productivity and difficulties to increase farmers＇ income; severe rural labor force surplus and outstanding unemployment. Local governments should increase government support to ensure orderly devel- opment of agricultural production; promote development of special industries and village economy in rural areas; build an employment platform to transfer rural abundant labor, so as to increase income and promote comprehensive rural economic and social development.
