Economic Development Strategies of Baoji in the Development Context of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone

2009年6月国家颁布实施的《关中—天水经济区发展规划》把宝鸡定位为"副中心城市",按照规划,宝鸡要实现率先发展,并带动整个关天经济区的全面发展。宝鸡必须确立明确的经济发展战略目标,理清经济发展思路,强化发展措施的制定和实施,方能实现宝鸡经济的率先发展,进而成为带动区域经济乃至西部地区经济发展的重要战略高地。

Being promulgated on June 2009, Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone Development Plan has nominated Baoji a sub-center city. According to the plan, Baoji should act as a leading city and drive the overall development of the whole economic zone. To achieve the target of the plan and become an important strategic highland that drives the regional economy and even the economie development of the western region, Baoji should set up clear strategic goals of economic development, clarify development ideas, and strengthen the formula- tion and implementation of development measures.
