Study on Cooperative Dynamic Mechanism Between Higher Vocational College and Enterprise

校企合作是高职院校发展的必由之路,而实际操作中却遇到了较大的动力问题。影响校企合作动力因素包括外部因素和内部因素,只有建立起政府主导的外部动力机制和校企互利共赢的内部动力机制,并将两者有机结合,才能解决校企合作动力不足的问题,从而推动校企合作健康发展。

The cooperation between school and enterprise is the only way for the development of higher vocational colleges. However, there are some dynamic problems on practice. The dynamic factors of cooperation between school and enterprise include external factors and internal factors. It is the only way that establishing a government-led external dynamic mechanism and a mutually beneficial and win- win result on internal dynamic mechanism, and combine these two sides, in order to solve the problem of school-enterprise cooperation underpowered, promoting the healthy development of university-enterprise cooperation.
