红河油田致密裂缝性油藏水平井分段压裂设计优化 被引量:14

摘要 红河油田长8油层组属典型的致密裂缝性油藏,储层基质渗透率低、裂缝发育、非均质性强,水平井钻遇储层物性变化大,要求压裂设计具有差异性和针对性。首先根据实际压裂井,进行压裂改造效果影响因素分析,确定了压裂改造效果的主要影响因素,得出裂缝发育程度是压后产量的主控因素;其次利用油藏数值模拟方法,优化了基质区、裂缝发育区的压裂施工参数,并针对红河油田长8油层组的储层类型,结合三维地震,建立了三维压裂设计思路,针对不同的储层类型形成了不同的压裂设计方法,提高了压裂设计的针对性和有效性,通过现场试验取得了显著的改造效果,对后续红河油田长8油层组及类似油藏的水平井分段压裂改造具有重要的指导意义。 Chang-8reservoir in Honghe Oilfield belonged to a typical tight fractured reservoir,it had the characteristics of low permeability,fracture development,and strong heterogeneity,and great difference of physical property in horizontal well drilling,therefore it was required that the fracturing designs should be based on the differences.Firstly,in accordance with practical fractured wells,the factors that influenced the effect of fracturing treatment were analyzed,the main factors influencing the fracturing and reconstruction were determined,it was determined that the degree of fracture development was the main controlling factor of post-fracturing production.Secondly,reservoir numerical simulation method was used to optimize the fracturing operation parameters of matrix zone and fracture developed zone.In view of the type of Chang 8reservoir in Honghe Oilfield and combined with 3Dseismic data,3Dfracturing design ideas are established,in allusion to various reservoir types,different fracturing design methods are established,by which the adaptability and effectiveness of fracturing design are raised;and obvious effect is achieved in field tests,it is of great significance for horizontal well staged fracturing in Chang 8reservoir of Honghe Oilfield and similar reservoirs in the future.
