靖安油田ZJ2区延9油藏生化二元驱技术研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 靖安油田ZJ2区延9油藏目前已进入高含水期,导致含水上升矛盾日趋突出,产量递减呈加大趋势,开发难度加大,为此开展了生化二元驱室内研究。研究表明,将缓释营养剂和微生物驱剂交替注入油藏后,建立新的微生物生态系统。室内试验在67株菌种中筛选出产生物聚合物菌最优的LY#1菌与缓释营养剂复配后得到CQ-CYJⅠ,通过物模调堵试验测得堵塞率可以达到79.04%;将产生物表面活性剂菌最优的LY#4菌与激活剂CQ-3复配后得到CQ-CYJⅡ,该体系各项指标最优。生化二元驱技术应用于柳29-47、柳27-47和柳28-48这3个井组,现场试验后发现措施后油水井累计增油5400t,投入产出比为1∶1.62,优选的配方体系具有较好的适用性。 The Y9reservoir in Block ZJ2of Jingan Oilfield has already been in the high water-cut period,which led to increasingly serious water-cut rising.Therefore,the production depletion was caused,and development became difficult.According to the current situation of Y9reservoir in Block ZJ2,laboratory study was performed.The study result shows that ecological system of new microbial is established after the alternating injection of slow-release nutrient and microbial flooding agent.The chosen LY#4microbial is the most effective among the 67 strains.CQ-CYJⅡ has optimal index system which is obtained after LY#4is combined with CQ-3,it can be used for effectively enhancing oil recovery.Bio-chemical combination technique is applied in Wells Liu29-47,Liu27-47,Liu28-48.Field application shows that cumulated oil production increase is 5400twith investment and production ratio of 1∶1.6,The optimal formula system is proved to be good applicability.
