摘要 钻井液在高温下的流变性、滤失性控制是抗高温钻井液技术的难点;以高温稳定剂为核心处理剂,研制出一套耐抗200℃高温的水基钻井液体系;评价了该钻井液体系在高温下的稳定性、高温高压流变性能、抑制性能和抗污染性能;试验结果表明,抗高温钻井液体系热稳定性好,经过200℃高温老化后,高温高压滤失量低,流变性好,并具有良好的抑制性能和抗盐、抗劣土侵性能。 The control of rheological property and filtration of drilling fluids at high temperature was the technical problem for high temperature-resisting drilling fluids.A high temperature stabilizer was used as a treating agent,a set of water-based drilling fluid systems,which could resist against 200℃,were developed,the stability,rheological property and inhibition and its pollution resisting performance at high temperature were evaluated.The result indicates that the high temperature resisting water-based drilling fluid has a good stability,after it is aged at 200℃,it has a low filtration rate at high temperature and high pressure,good rheological property,good inhibition and salt resistance and good resistance against poor soils.
