“井工厂”高效开发技术在盐227块致密砂砾岩油藏的应用 被引量:5

摘要 东辛油区盐227块砂砾岩油藏前期采用常规方式开采,近年来,采用集中打井、集中压裂、集中投产的集约化建设型"井工厂"非常规开发方式,通过强化技术研究及集成应用,重点针对油藏地质特征及储层性质,配套应用井网优化技术、长井段水平井技术、优快钻井技术、泵送桥塞分段压裂工艺等非常规开发工艺技术,大幅度提高了区块储量动用率和单井产能,明显提升了低渗透致密砂砾岩油藏开发水平,为国内外同类油藏的高效开发提供了有益的参考和借鉴。 Conventional development methods were used for producing glutinite reservoirs in Block Y 227of Dongxin Oilfied.In recent years unconventional development modes of'well plant'of concentrated well drilling,concentrated fracturing,and concentrated oil production were used.By using the unconventional production technologies,such as enhanced technologic study and integrated application,reservoir geologic characteristics and reservoir property,matched with well pattern optimization technology,long section of horizontal wells and technique of rapid well drilling,the technique of pumping in bridging plugs and sectional fracturing,the production level of low permeability and tight glutinite reservoirs is obvioualy improved,it provides reference for high efficient development of similar reservoirs both at home and abroad.
