摘要
在钻井作业过程中,由于承受多种复杂交变载荷的作用,钻柱疲劳裂纹的产生不可避免。一旦钻柱发生疲劳失效,将带来严重后果和巨大的经济损失。针对这个问题,从滑移成核理论、夹杂物开裂、晶界开裂、位错销毁几个方面,对钻柱疲劳裂纹的形成机理进行了分析。钻柱疲劳裂纹的萌生方式是多种萌生方式共同作用的结果,钻柱所处的复杂工作环境对裂纹的形成和扩展起了很大的促进作用。
During the process of drilling operation,because of complicated and changeable loads,the fatigue crack of drill string was inevitable.Once the drill string fatigue failure was induced,it would cause serious outcome and enormous economic losses.To solve the problem,the formation mechanism of fatigue cracks of drilling strings was analyzed from slipping nucleation theory,inclusion cracking,cracking of the grain boundary and dislocation and destruction.Its fatigue crack initiation is the result of a variety of initiating modes,and its working environment plays an important role in promoting the formation and propagation of the cracks.
