摘要
为探讨 Nd:YAG激光照射对牙龈成纤维细胞增殖状况及超微结构的影响 ,采用体外细胞培养技术 ,经一定能量密度 ( 2 0 mj/ cm2 ~ 1 2 0 mj/ cm2 )的脉冲 Nd:YAG激光照射后 ,观察牙龈成纤维细胞的增殖和细胞超微结构的变化。观察到 2 0 mj/ cm2 ~ 1 2 0 mj/ cm2 能量密度的 Nd:YAG激光均能使细胞的增殖受到抑制 ,透射电镜下可见 ,80 mj/ cm2 ~ 1 2 0 mj/ cm2 组细胞内结构明显受损。结果表明 :一定能量密度范围内的 Nd:YAG激光可使牙龈成纤维细胞的增殖受到抑制 ,而能量超过 80 mj/ cm2 即可使细胞产生不可逆的损伤。
To study the influence of the Nd:YAG laser radiaion on the proliferation and ultrastructure of human gingival fibroblast(HGF). After exposure to the radiation, HGF are exposure incubated with crystal violet and their ultrastrcture changes are observed with TEM. We find that the Nd:YAG laser can inhibit the proliferation of HGF when the energy density level in between 20mj/cm 2 and 120mj/cm 2. But when the energy density in at the level of 80~120mj/cm 2, the ultrastructure of HGF will be changed greatly. Nd:YAG laser in a certain enesity level could inhibit the growth of HGF and cause irreversible damages of cells.
