摘要
本文介绍利用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜获得的共聚焦图像数据的三维重建和显示方法 ,并以 ACAS Ultima3 1 2激光扫描共聚焦显微镜系统为例 ,分析了 SPF算法。
D reconstruction and visualization of confocal data was introduced in this paper, those confocal data were captured from laser scanning microscopy(LSCM), We take ACAS Ultima 312 LSCM as an example, analyzed the SPF algorithm,projection algorithm and depth shaded algorithm, and described their applications.
