摘要
皮江法炼镁是当今世界上主要的炼镁方式,存在着能耗大、还原率低、环境污染严重等缺陷,所以必须采用各种技术对其工艺进行改进以达到高效、环保生产的目的。目前,提高镁还原率的方法主要是从设备入手,改进它的发生装置,通过促进还原罐内热量的传递,来缩短还原所用时间,以期达到减小生产成本,提高生产效益的目标。
Pidgeon magnesium,with defects of low energy consumption and serious environmental pollution,and other,is the main the magnesium smelting way in the world today.It is necessary to use a variety of techniques to improve their process in order to achieve efficient,environmentally friendly production purposes.The improving processes include improving the generating device starting from the device, shortening reduction time through the promotion of the reduction tank heat transfer, which used to reduce the cost of production and improve production efficiency target.
