消失模涂层起泡的形成原因及控制措施

Blistering Cuases and Controlling Measures of EPC Coat

消失模铸造白模涂挂涂层后在干燥过程中常产生涂层起泡缺陷,不仅影响铸件表面质量,严重时造成产品报废。本文针对此缺陷,认真研究了配置涂料使用的不同原辅材料及其工艺特性对涂层起泡的影响,干燥工艺对涂层起泡的影响,其它工艺过程对涂层起泡的影响。从理论与实际的结合上提出了相应的预防及控制措施。经长期实践证明行之有效。

The coating blistering defects,occured in drying process,not only affects the surtace quahty of EPC castings,out results in serious waste products.In this paper,aiming at the defect,the influence of different raw coating material and process characteristic,drying process and other on coating blistering was studied.The corresponding preventive and control measures are proposed from the point of the theory and practice.
