摘要
以黑龙江省电力公司网上商城系统为例,简要介绍了电子商务技术在电力系统的应用情况。并通过具体的网上商城银行卡居民购电系统,对网上购电系统开发中的关键问题进行了探讨。
Taking the online commercial city of Heilongjiang Province Electric Power Company as example.the application of electronic commercial technique is present briefly,the Key problems concerning the developpment of electricity purchase system on network are discussed by means of online electricity purchase system using bank card.
