中小企业员工离职调节因素探析

摘要 人力资源作为企业资源的重要组成部分,是企业可持续发展的关键,然而对于中小企业,小而活的特性和相对影响力小的市场地位使其陷入了对人才资源愈迫切需求愈流动率越高的尴尬境地,人员的补充速度和数量难以满足高流动性所带来的被动局面。本文从中小企业高离职率的现状入手,探讨能够对产生离职意愿想法的人员起调节作用的因素,并提出相关的对策建议。 Human resource,as the important part of enterprise resources,is the key to the sustainable development of enterprises.However,the small and medium enterprises(SMEs),because of their small and living characteristics and relatively little influence of market position,are in urgent need of talent resource with their high human resource flow.The timely supplement for the quantity of people is difficult to meet the passive situation caused by the high fluidity.This article from the present situation of SMEs high turnover rate explores regulative factors of the personnel with turnover intention,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions as the reference for the enterprises.
