The compiling of College Chinese teaching materials in the independent college has been widely used in recent years. Abiding by three principles including the instrumental function, humanistic orientation and aesthetic feature of the College Chinese, the compiling of an ideal College Chinese papery textbook should pay attention to the following basic strategies： The style should seek stability in changes. Excerpts should stick to the roots. The commentary should catch the core or essence. And exercises should inspire the exploration.
