"好人基金"作为一类特殊的社会公益基金,产生于社会道德缺失的当下。从社会整体风气、法律法规、社保制度、媒体道德以及个人正义感五方面阐述"好人基金"产生的原因,从需求性、利益性、规则性三个层面深度挖掘"好人基金"背后掩藏的道德困境,提出了化解其尴尬境地的相关措施,力求以一种新伦理道德视角对"好人基金"做出解读。

The ＂Haoren Fund＂ is a special kind of social fund,which appearance was because of the lack of morality in society nowadays.First,the ＂Haoren Fund＂ is analyzed and separated into five aspects： social climate,laws and regulations,social security system,media ethics and personal sense of justice.Then,the moral dilemma of ＂Haoren Fund＂ is researched through three aspects of demand,interest and rules.Moreover,measures to defuse the ＂Haoren Fund＂ awkward position are proposed and the ＂Haoren Fund＂ is interpreted from a new ethical perspective.
