摘要
本文通过对食蛏泄肠吸虫子胞蚴和尾蚴扫描电镜观察发现,子胞蚴体表由许多环纹组成,各环纹上分布有许多小的颗粒状突起,在子胞蚴的一端具有一个生产孔,在尾蚴逸出时该产孔可扩大近10倍。食蛏泄肠吸虫尾蚴体部体表除口吸盘周围具小棘外,整个体部体表均由类似大脑皮层沟回状的花纹状结构组成,尾部尾毛具有类似鱼类的鳍肋,尾干部有由皮层形成的波浪状的皱褶。
This paper reports the ultrastructure of Vesicocoelium solenophagum daughter sporocysts and cercaria by scanning electron microscope. The tegument of daughter sporocyst is covered with the annular ridges and troughs,on which there are many pellets. The producing pore is at one of the ends. The cercariae measured 239μm in length and 68μm in width in average with a tricho furcocercus tail. The whole body surface was covered with regular plica,which looks like pallium. There are no spines on the tegument of cercaria except the oral sucker rin. The body and tail are separated by a structure of collar, and the trichome of tail is closely similar to the fin of fish.
