近年来，日本右翼势力妄图为日本军国主义翻案，制造种种谎言，在否定日本侵华史、否定南京大屠杀史的同时，也否定侵华日军实施的“慰安妇”制度及其罪恶。本文以战时档案、报刊资料和社会调查资料为基础，揭示了侵华日军在南京实施“慰安妇”制度的铁的事实。历史无可辩驳地证明，南京是日本当局实施“慰安妇”制度最完善、“慰安所”与“慰安妇”数量最多的地区，也是中国妇女、韩国妇女、日本妇女以及其它国家妇女受害最严重的地方。战时日本当局作为一项重要国策制订的“慰安妇”制度及其实施，长期地、公开地、有计划地强征大批的各国妇女，为日军官兵提供性服务、充当性奴隶，乃是人类数千年文明吏上罕见的反人类暴行，充分暴露了日本军国主义的残忍、野蛮与暴虐。这被历史钉在耻辱柱上的铁的事实有力地证明了日本右翼势力的荒谬与无耻。

Based on the wartime archives, newspapers, periodicals and social survey data . this paper reveals the facts of Japanese implementation of comfort women system. The truth shows Japanese troops established the largest num- ber of brothels in Nanjing, Chinese , Koran and other countries＇ women suffered heavily in Nanjing. Japanese authorities took ＂ comfort women＂ system as an important national policy in wartime, and forced large numbers of women of all countries to provide sexual services for the Japanese soldiers, this fully exposed the cruel, savage and brutal of the Japanese militarism.
