细菌生长自限、节律及宏大运动的研究

SELF-LIMITED GROWTH,RHYTHM AND GRAN MOVEMENT OF BACTERIA

采用波动培养及显微培养技术实验研究细菌生长自限、节律及宏大运动的关系。分析了奇异变形杆菌生长节律性及自限产生的环境条件，自限细菌的形态特征及群体细菌宏大运动现象。结果表明细菌生长自限是群体细菌生长节律性及宏大运动的基础。

Adopted biological wave culture and microscopic culture, relationship among self-lidrited growth,rhythm and grand movement of bacteria wa studied. Environmental conditions of growth rhythm and selflimited formation of Proteus mirabilis, shape characteri stics of self-limited bacteria and phenomenon of grand movement were analyzed. The results in dicated that self-limited growth of bacteria is the base of growth rhythm and grand movement of colonial bacteria.
