摘要 泵全特性曲线不仅是描述泵运行状况的参数,也是进行水力过渡过程泵系统优化设计的重要数据,在停泵水锤中扮演着重要的角色。在进行停泵水锤的计算时,必须先对泵全面性能取向进行一系列的数值化改造,得到相应的数据供计算机调用。通过对泵全特性曲线的分析和改造,利用就近取值法和通用公式法分别得到一系列离散数据作为停泵水锤的边界条件,然后进行长距离浆体输送管道的停泵水锤计算。分别比较了数值差异在无阀、普通阀、缓闭阀管道系统水力过渡过程的影响。得到了同类型不同比转速的泵全特性曲线的差异并不大,曲线数值化后具有相同特点,对停泵水锤的影响并不大,说明根据相似理论改造在理论上是可行的。 Full pump characteristic curve is not only describing the pump operating condition parameters, but also the hydraulic transition process of pump system optimization design of important data, which plays an important role in pump-off water hammer. During the calculation of pump-off water hammer, comprehensive performance orientation of the pump must conduct a series of nu- merical transformation, the corresponding data for the computer to call. Through the analysis of the pump characteristic curve and transform, the nearest value method and general formula method are used to get a series of discrete data as the boundary condition of pump-off water hamme , then make calculation of the long distance slurry pipeline pump-off water hammer. Compared the im- pact of the numerical difference in non valve, common valve , slowly-closing valve piping system of hydraulic transition process, the same type of different specific speed pump complete characteristics curve is not much difference, Curve Numerical having i- dentical characteristics to the water hammer, the impact is not big,indicating that according to the theory of similarity transforma- tion is feasible in theory.
